Is it with or anyone also that they are not able to fill out the TMI SAT form for admission in Tolani Maritime Institute?
I think you should be knowing about the lower age limit fixed by IMU from this year as you must have your D.O.B. before 01/08/2000 to apply for IMUCET and TMISAT. I’m also not able to fill up for TMI this year due to the S**tty eligibilty criteria for the lower limit of D.O.B.I think this would have helped :)
Chicken owners: Can you train your dog to watch out for hawks so he can bark when a hawk is near and alert the chickens to run for safety?
Not really. Dogs ‘may’ notice a bird over head, or may not. And they may not be able to discern the difference between hawk, crow, duck and large starling. Plus I’m none to sure they can actually see high enough to recognize a soaring hawk but they certainly will be able to see harmless smaller birds.Which brings us to the next problem, either you can train chickens to pay attention to the dog, (rather unlikely) and if the dog is a motormouth barking at every bird around you’ll have the chickens in a constant state of panic. Or more likely the chickens will flat ignoring the barking dog, while you cringe and put in ear plugs and swear cause it was your fault for teaching him to bark at flappies.Chickens are pretty good at spotting dangerous flappies on their own. A rooster is exceptional at this if he’s a good one. But again, then you have to put up with the crowing and if you get a bad one? The rooster aggression.
How does one get invited to the Quora Partner Program? What criteria do they use, or is it completely random?
I live in Germany. I got an invite to the Quora partner program the day I landed in USA for a business trip. So from what I understand, irrespective of the number of views on your answers, there is some additional eligibility criteria for you to even get an email invite. If you read the terms of service, point 1 states:Eligibility. You must be located in the United States to participate in this Program. If you are a Quora employee, you are eligible to participate and earn up to a maximum of $200 USD a month. You also agree to be bound by the Platform Terms (https://www.quora.com/about/tos) as a condition of participation.Again, if you check the FAQ section:How can other people I know .participate? The program is invite-only at this time, but we intend to open it up to more people as time goes on.So my guess is that Quora is currently targeting people based out of USA, who are active on Quora, may or may not be answering questions frequently ( I have not answered questions frequently in the past year or so) and have a certain number of consistent answer views.Edit 1: Thanks to @Anita Scotch, I got to know that the Quora partner program is now available for other countries too. Copying Anuta’s comment here:If you reside in one of the Countries, The Quora Partner Program is active in, you are eligible to participate in the program.” ( I read more will be added, at some point, but here are the countries, currently eligible at this writing,) U.S., Japan, Germany, Spain, France, United Kingdom, Italy and Australia.11/14/2018Edit 2 : Here is the latest list of countries with 3 new additions eligible for the Quora Partner program:U.S., Japan, Germany, Spain, France, United Kingdom, Italy, Canada, Australia, Indonesia, India and Brazil. Thanks to Monoswita Rez for informing me about this update.

How long should a movie be out until you don't have to say "Spoiler Alert" when talking about said movie?
Generally, if a movie hinges on a pretty epic twist, you should always preface this with spoilers. It's no different than if you were talking about The Usual Suspects at a party and were polite enough to ask an acquaintance if they'd seen the movie before talking about the ending. The age of the movie doesn't much matter so much as the degree to which you could potentially ruin an experience of the movie for a new viewer.I do agree that some of onus is on the potential viewer to avoid obvious spoilers. However, we no longer live in an age when everyone talks about the same TV show episode at the water-cooler. Time-shifting, PVRs, DVDs, Netflix, etc. all make our media consumption asynchronous. Being sensitive to revealing spoilers is something the entire movie-going culture is going to have to get better at.
How do I find out who tried to log into my Facebook from IP address on log in alert?
First off, you changed your password immediately and checked that two-factor authentication is enabled? Good. Now that that is out of the way, here’s an answer to your question.Their IP address will likely be of limited use in tracking them down. Maybe they did it from home, maybe they did it from school, maybe they did it from a coffee shop. But it can potentially give some clues. The main one is to pin down their geographical location. Just search for “IP address location” and you will find plenty of free sites that will give you their location. However, realize that the location will only be approximate, it gives the address of the networking facility they connect through, which likely includes 10’s of thousands of people, and could be quite a few miles from their actual location (if they use a VPN or proxy, it could be completely wrong, but most people don’t use them). So if you already suspect somebody who lives far away, and know where they live, it can be useful. Of course, if it’s a local person, it just gives you the same city in which you live, so it often doesn’t help much.Note that some of the same websites that give you a location will give you information about the service provider. Generally this is useless, since it’s often just the name of their Internet Service Provider, but sometimes, if they are connecting from a large organization such as a university, it can be useful. Finally, if you suspect it is somebody you have exchanged emails with, you *might* get lucky and match their IP address to one in the headers of an email from them. Search for “Email headers” and you should find an explanation of how to view them and interpret them. Some email providers give full information, including the IP address of the sender, others (such as Google/gmail when using the web based interface) do not. So it’s really hit-or-miss whether you will be able to make a match. So: pay attention to my first paragraph, it is important! But knowing their IP address is only somewhat useful sometimes.
